It was a tough move to switch platforms but this is a solid build with great features! Fantastic pictures and the photo to text feature is great. Most of all is the FaceTime feature! Being a divorced dad this is an awesome feature!

Just traded in my 12 pro max for the 13 pro. So far so good. Best battery I’ve seen so far.

I was an android user all time, my first time moving to the iPhone, the transition has been slow and I am still trying to get used to the operating system. But must say some things are good and some are not so good.

I pre ordered the iphone13 pro at the store on the first pre order day and went to the store on release day and picked it up no problems. I would just never pre order my phones online , your best bet is going to the store and doing it in person .

I use to be an android user for years and decided to switch to see what the iOS life style was like. I am not disappointed at all. I enjoy how seamless and swift the apps run, and how consistent apple has been with the software.

I purchased the iPhone 13 and found it to be okay. But, the sound quality wasn't clear and the navigation wasn't intuitive. I returned the phone within 24 hours and exchanged it for the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. The Samsung phone's quality is so much better!

Great phone. Had to replace my daughter's phone who goes to school in NY while I live in SoCal. Having a Best Buy at both locations made it so easy. Thanks Best Buy!!

Unless you're a wannabe YouTube reviewer, you won't notice the difference between this and the 12. Great product, but don't be in a rush to upgrade if you don't have to.

I love this phone, I love it all!!!! Just go to the store and hold it, trust me you’re gonna wanna take it home. The only (-) I have with it is that it gets very warm on the charger.

I have only had the phone a short time but so far I'm loving it. Still trying to learn all of the cool features but happy with my purchase thus far!

This iPhone is great the operating system is very fast. The phone is not much bigger than other iPhones, but 256GB is a little heavy and will take time to get used to.

As advertised. Great customer service from Best Buy. Transfer from Samsung phone was less than satisfactory though. Only Contacts transferred. Staff tried everything.

Best Buy staff did an excellent job transferring my old iPhone data over to this me iPhone 13Pro. No glitches other than having to re-log into some older apps.

I recently updated my cell phone to an iPhone 12Pro, and the Best Buy associate was knowledgeable and very helpful getting my new device set up and usable

Works as good as any iPhone. Sometimes the zoom lens zoom automatically and not always the clearest so a bit confused about that.

i took advantage of a curbside order & it went great! arrived at the store when they opened & was assisted & ready to go within 5 minutes of arriving! great service!

Screen scratches very easily without a protector. I guess screen strength improvements really are mostly marketing. Everything else works as expected, the best.

Love the new phone. Also stepped out of my comfort zone and tried this color. Love it too. Still working on learning the new camera functions.
