It is just another iPhone that needs some tweaks. On Verizon's network, people on the other end have been complaining the signal is not as great. Had to take off the 5G - so where's the benefit?

Had some issues with the phone but really want to express my sincere gratitude for Cheyenne. She sold me and my partner these phones and then we didn’t love them and went to return them and she was there again so we did the return with her. Just all around helpful!

The phone itself was great, but the service was not. After officially meeting with a team member to receive and set-up my phone, I later found out at home that the team member had gone through the process incorrectly and had forgotten to turn off and transfer the information from my old sim card to my new one. Instead of being a quick and easy process like I had previously had at Verizon, this turned into a stressful several day, multi-phone call journey.

I'm the last in the family to upgrade, but it was worth the wait. I'm enjoying all the new features and especially love Face ID.

I switched to iPhone 13 Pro from a Pixel 2. I've never had an iPhone before so still learning the differences but overall I like it. Phone is a little on the heavier side compared to my other phones I've had.

Much better than my X, but I don't like the boxy design. It feels more awkward to hold and that's having chosen the pro over the promax due to the size. Otherwise, it's an iphone and does what it's supposed to do.

Great phone , best iPhone yet , however if you have an iPhone 12 and battery life is not an issue for you I would wait

Went with a pro into of the pro max this time. I have found I don’t miss the large screen. Fits better in my pocket.
