Preorder is a joke - Phone looks cool

I pre-ordered as soon as the phone was available for preorder and I still don't have the phone. I was told that my phone was delayed and that they don't know when it will be available for pickup. I'll be taking my business elsewhere - next time I'll order from Apple or Verizon directly.
