I upgraded from an iPhone XS, but I didn’t want to because it was my favorite phone and never disappointed. However I just cracked the screen for the first time in the 3 years I had the phone. I price checked an average cost to replace the screen and get a screen protector from a third party co., but it was cheaper to upgrade, get a brand new case and screen protector, while also keeping my old phone. The sales gentlemen was very tentative and straight to the point. He made the headache of upgrading non existent. What surprised me, was how Verizon was back ordered on the iPhone 13 Pro until January, so Best Buy also wins at paying attention to their stock and the need for customers. I bought the iPhone 13 Pro in Sierra Blue, 256GB. It’s aesthetic is on point. I wasn’t a fan of the new camera design when it changed at iPhone 11. But the cinematic video was a game changer. The 13 pro’s night camera feature is also pristine. Taking pictures of a clear nights starry sky is phenomenal! Overall I love this phone and never really thought I’d be much of a fan! If you’re contemplating between the 13 Pro and the 13 Pro Max, the only real difference would be the size, other than that, the playback hours BARELY differ and that’s seriously about it.

Allison at Mayfield Hts BB did great job setting me up with upgraded iPhone 13 Pro. She went over and above to help get Verizon on board with upgrade and discounts. Wish I could say the same for Verizon. BB did A+, Verizon three weeks later is still a D- for not filling through on buying old phone back and applying rebates for upgrade.

Wife loves it, the pictures it takes are INCREDIBLE. It's a little weird without a home button press, like, how do you swap between apps quickly? Plus, she hates using face ID, so not being able to use your thumbprint is pretty bad. BUT, she got this for the camera and processing speed, let's be totally honest, and it totally rocks at that.

The iPhone X we were using broke so had to upgrade but didn’t know which phone to get at the time. Ended up with an 11. Then upgraded the 7 to that and settled on the 13 for an upgrade to the X. Works fantastic it’s battery life is amazing I only charge it once a day and I am a heavy user.
