This phone is a very nice upgrade from my 10XS. The camera is phenomenal, especially the zoom. It was tough to decide between the 13 pro and the 13 pro max. Decided on the pro after the very helpful salesman allowed my to try putting his iPhone max in my pocket to see if it was too large.

Upgraded from my 6S Plus. This phone is quite a bit faster. The transfer process from the old device to the new one took about twenty minutes. I don’t play most popular games but the couple that I tried, such as the latest Need for Speed, looked great and ran smoothly. No complaints.

So far I love this phone. I had switched back to Samsung in May. I couldn’t take it anymore and went right back to an iPhone. Thought about the Pro Max but they are too back ordered. Had an 11 Pro before. This is an awesome phone.

Gift for wife’s birthday. I have a 12 pro and do not see much difference. She loves it as it replaced a 6. Nice large display but she misses the “home” button. I miss it too as it just seemed easier to use. Guess it’s all in what you get comfortable using. Great phone otherwise.

It’s pretty simple to get use to. Have them do the beginning setup. It does take great pictures

Bought this version for my fiancé. The camera is certainly far superior to previous models. Otherwise, it’s an iPhone and continues to outperform other mobile devices. Only downfall is battery life. Always shortens after your first few months but is expected of iPhone generally

After having an iPhone 7 for many years, it was time to upgrade to the iPhone 13 Pro. The physical size of the phone was similar to my old phone (which was important, as I didn’t want anything bigger to carry in my purse). The battery life has been excellent but it has been a bit of a learning curve not having a “home” button. Overall, I’m very happy with my upgrade and probably should have made the purchase earlier!

Lagging a lot. Battery died a few times over night from fully charged.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6, so naturally I’m very pleased! The longevity of the battery alone is reason to purchase. Still learning all the functionality this phone offers. It’s nice to be out of the Stone Age!

Took a while to get used to doing things a bit differently ie. no home button, swiping up, tapping in screen etc. But all said and done everything is coming up faster, the longer battery life is so much better. I’m still learning and it’s fun.

This phone is awesome compared to my Iphone 7. My 7's battery was dying and the port was loose. The battery on the 13 Pro charges in about a half hour. I can actually skip a day from charging it. The battery charge lasts so much longer.
