Nice new phone

I had to replace my Blackberry Z10 as It would no longer work with any of the US carriers, plus the various apps were slowly going inactive. What I really miss about the Blackberry is how intuitive and simple all the actions were. We don't use the phones for a lot of video downloads, so a battery charge lasts several days.

Apple Nailed It

They didn’t so I opted for the 256gb. I’m glad I did. Plenty of storage now. Camera and operating system are phenomenal. Apple really did well on this. Much better than the XR I upgraded from.

We were traveling and needed to replace an older iphone (6S) and he took time to explain everything before we purchased, then transferred everything to the new phone and helped us set up online AT&T things we needed to do (but had no idea how to accomplish!)!
