Battery life is amazing, one charge over night and it’s alive all day, the camera is definitely better quality. The audio is very loud which is a good thing. The only problem is that I’ve only had the phone for like 5 days and it’s been freezing on me sometimes which is definitely worrisome

Hands down best phone I’ve ever had. Had this phone since Dec 10th. I never really get the newest phone, but I’m glad I got this one with a good deal too with my trade in of the XS and Black Friday discount. I’d say it’s even worth the retail price. Apple hasn’t failed me yet.

No doubt when I trade my old IPhone to my new iPhone 13 the employee is so helpful and patiently transferred my file from my old iPhone to my new iPhone I really appreciate that and recommend to buy all their gadgets and stuff at best buy!!

Major improvement with the cameras, battery and experience. Thought iOS 15 was a rough start, it exceeded my expectations and it is by far the best iPhone so far. Good size and weight and the price was the best from Best Buy due to instant discount for preordering. Very happy!

Fast, durable, love the color! I bought a clear case just to show off the blue. The camera quality is phenomenal as well. I love photography and I’m always taking pictures of my daughter. This phone is an improvement to the iPhone 11 Pro I had before!

Another new iphone that doesn't disappoint. Plus, this new iphone has a better and improved camera that lets you zoom right in an get a clear picture. Also, the improved battery certainly helps so I'm not consistently worried my phone is going to die.

Battery life is excellent. I don’t find myself constantly charging. I have to stop myself from charging all the time because the battery life is that good. Though this one is very but the straight edge makes it easier to hold.

This takes great photos and video, upgrading from the X. Much better at pretty much everything, and at new, it lasts 2 days before needing to charge even after using it for texting all day. Hooray!

This was an upgrade from my iPhone 12. The camera and battery life on the iPhone 13 Pro are well worth the upgrade. Additionally, Best Buy made the upgrade process smooth and hassle free!

It's a great device. I love the improvements to battery and the screen refresh. Would have preferred it to be USB-C instead of lightning but it has most of what I've been looking for.

I’m using iPhone since 6s and I had 8plus, XS and 12 pro before. 12 was the worst iPhone ever so I upgraded to 13 pro and the difference is huge with a good battery, speed, stability.

I upgraded from the iPhone Xr. This is such a different feel. It moves so quickly between apps. The camera is great and it works well with the new Apple Watch series 7 I got.

Great phone - lots of features and I love the camera! With the special glass in front, I probably won't need a case. And I am pleased with the 256 GB storage.
