My wife and son are now using this product and having smooth usage.

Our salesperson, Taylor W, was efficient and very knowledgeable. She was one of the best we’ve come across at that store.

Never use roadie for delivery

They are total disaster in my opinion. They didn’t even deliver the phone and instead the guy decided to just return it because didn’t want to deliver to my house on that day . Now I gotta figure out to get the refund on the phone and Verizon thinks I have the phone with me. So ,I gotta call them and tell about the whole situations to get that phone out of my account. I don’t want to be billed for what I don’t have and didn’t get.

Move to IOS

One transfer lasted overnight, same issue (Samsung Notes wont transfer). Haven't been able to enjoy or even use product. Only recommend if staying with IOS.
