The phone is great, I'm just not too thrilled with the condition the packaging arrived in. Best Buy was the only one who could get me the phone in time for my trip, so that was great. However, the box was shipped in a bag, without anything to protect it. The box came in dented up pretty badly, and the seal was already broken, so essentially the phone could have been very likely open, yet I'm paying full price. I typically sell my old phones after getting new ones, and having a dented box will cost me some value on it. Also, the instruction I received were mostly a waste of time. They didn't send a new SIM, so I had to switch old one in (which isn't a big deal for me, but I couldn't imagine someone older or no hands on skills doing it). Then the info they sent says you have to call the special activation number, then the number tells you that you didn't need to call the special activation number. I don't think I'll ever order from Best Buy again. I wouldn't be opposed to going to the store, but definitely not the site again.

it's been 6 years since i've had a new iphone. i waited for a couple of things, 5G, great camera for pictures and video and an amazing screen; i got all of that and more in the iPhone 13 Pro 512gb. i'm so amazed with the phone, smaller than my old 6S+ but, this one's got a larger screen! gobs of memory and the pictures this thing takes will put a lot of DSLR's out of business. i've used the cinema mode for video's and it's just as amazing as you see in the commercials. it's been long time coming, me upgrading, but, i can believe i could have done better waiting for what i did. i'm so happy and yes, everything on this phone works perfectly and not one problem with anything. thank you Apple and Best Buy!

Went from an iPhone 8 to a 13 Pro. Still learning all the differences. Not having a home button takes some getting used to and the phone is much heavier. Processor is much faster, nice looking screen with better colors and resolution, longer lasting battery. Camera is a DRAMATIC improvement! My biggest issue is the heft price.

I’m coming from a 7-Plus, but the battery life on this phone is really amazing. The processor is much faster and the camera has been great fun to play with. The wide angle view has come in handy while shooting a neighbor’s tree that was being cut down and being able to get the entire tree in the frame.

I love the color blue, and being able to add more memory is a plus. I liked not having to go through my carrier to purchase this as well.

Great phone I have had androids in the past, but I don’t really need all that extra they do and the iPhones are just simple easy to use

Wow! The phone is great, with better battery life and sound quality, but the camera is amazing! There are at least five features I will use right away, with the macro mode and the sensor-shift camera stabilization being the most important for my job.

I am loving my new Iphone 13 Pro. This phone just works without all of the nonsense. The Images from the cameras are amazing. My Battery lasts 3 days instead of only 3/4 of the day my Note 9 lasted. Very happy with this purchase.

Really happy with the upgrade coming from the 11Pro. The display improvements are nice when the phone is side by side with a previous version. I also like the extra storage. It's faster overall and seems not to hang like my 11.

So far so good. Love the image and video quality. The battery lasts a heck of a lot longer than any of my older phones. However, I’m probably stating the obvious.

Slim design and great camera this is my 5th iPhone and they keep getting smaller and faster but you will pay $$$$ for it.

Fantastic update to the iPhone. I have an iPhone 7 so this is a much better phone with much better camera. Faster and 5g.
