    So far so good except where is the option to switch to 4G?! Its not there at all. Iv googled and even the geek squad guy couldnt find it. 5G is terrible so it will be a deal breaker if not being able to switch to 4G cannot be an option

    I absolutely love my new iphone 13 promax! Best Buy staff always knowledgable. Blanca, Mac, Herman, Gary, Jeff and Frank have been and are always very helpful every time we are in the store. Those are really the employees we wish to have assist us when we purchase products from Best Buy.
