Updated from a 7 plus. The battery life is much longer, and I'm getting use to no "home" button. Pictures seem to look the same as previous phone.

The min storage of 128 GB is the bare adequate minimum for Apple, and it works well in combination with iCloud subscription (what is Apple's intent no doubt :) ). The screen is finally nice, the photo app, filters and sensors are top notch - what is exactly the most used functionality in a phone. Size and shape are very useful, in a trendy TPU plastic the edges don't feel sharp, and the phone remains secured in the case. Battery seems to last a while. This was a purchase for a teenage girl, and it seems a well suited product for that purpose - great cameras, camera app, light body, durable, good screen and lasting battery, 128GB standard storage (even with iCloud backup photos and videos take immediate space until they get synchronized). Apps data also takes a lot of space. Normal daily girls' install takes around 30-35GB storage, you need 10-ish more for major OS updates, so ANY Apple product with 64GB is practically obsolete even with cloud services.

i love this phone. i was upgrading from the iphone 11 pro max. i was worried that this phone would be too heavy for me but it is the perfect size and i was able to get used to the additional weight easily. Also, the battery life is a lot better than my 11 pro max.

The IPhone 13 pro max is just as I expected it to be with all of its apps and the camera is amazing. It’s easy to use and assistance is available on the phone if needed. To add to that, the service I received when I ordered it and when I got it was beyond excellent. I will be getting all of my phones at Best Buy in the future.

A great iPhone. It is fast and picture/screen is very clear. I have one problem being hard of hearing. It is the notification sounds are not loud enough. I would like to be able to pick the sounds for the notifications. I also need the phone ringer on high. Everything else seems to work great.

I finally switched from Samsung to apple but have a hard time getting used to the swipe motion for navigation. Plus on the battery life though I charge it every other day. Still trying to figure out all the camera functions there are so many you almost need to be a professional to use all the functions correctly.

For me it is a major upgrade from my old IPad Air. This one is fast and easy to use. I am now able to preview and edit my photos with Lightroom. This will make life easier when we return from trips, as I take a ton of photos and can cull before we get home. Love the speed and the screen is incredible!

The battery on this phone is incredible. It’s way smoother and cleaner than my iPhone 12. I’m glad I went to the 13 pro and definitely glad I went to the max. It’s great for all of my emails for work and great for movies, videos etc.

Apple has stepped up their game with this phone. Cell carriers need to step up and get the 5G stuff rolling. No point in having great phones if cell carriers don’t match the phone stuff.

This was my first time buying a cellular device from bestbuy. Thankfully the purchase was smooth and bestbuy offered the quickest shipment time frame. The phone it self is quick and fluent, I will keep this device for 4+ years!
