Apple - iPhone 13 Pro Max Quality was average as other phones in market. Not worth the $$$. i will stick with Sony, Pixel & others for half price with same quality & built. its more of a show off for anyone purchasing iphones.

Phone is okay. Battery life is less than expected.

Ordered the iPhone 13 pro max online so it could be ready for pickup. Online it said it would be ready for pickup in an hour and I live about an hour out so I thought it would be ready once I got to the Clovis location. When I got there, I was told it would be another hour until it was ready because it had to be “picked up” from their back room... I didn’t get that, but I was patient and grabbed a bite to eat in the meantime. I came back about an hour and a half later and my phone still wasn’t ready. At that point I was fed up and asked to speak to a manager because the amount of time I was waiting was ridiculous. Once the manager was called, my phone was finally “picked up” and I got checked out. Online ordering and pickup system needs to be improved. No reason I should’ve been waiting that long! I’m super satisfied with my phone, so this review is for the Clovis Best Buy location not for the iPhone.

*!DON'T BUY THIS PHONE!* I got the iPhone 13 Pro Max and, the phone screen shattered in my hand, and glass impaled my left big toe, and I went to the hospital to get it removed so I'm all fine now but, DONT BUY IT IF U WANT YOUR LEFT BIG TOE TO BE DESTROYED!

Shady business practices, should not have offered release date pick up. Really disappointed in this company. Showed preparing order until late Friday evening which now says delayed.

Why have Pre-Order where you can choose your store for pickup and then send NONE to the store. Absolutely ridiculous Best Buy!
