This phone is absolutely perfect and a great size.

No major changes or learning curves, except having to download all the apps again. Doing an upgrade every other year allows me to keep up with technology and NOT have to spend a big chunk out of pocket - just a small monthly payment keeps me current with both what is new and in budget!

love this phone but it's a little heavy. Still getting comfortable with it.

I purchased the Ipone 13 Pro max, I was pleased . During the second week the phone kept dropping calls going in and out when I talk with others I took the phone back and I was given another phone I was pleased I love my new IPhone 13 Pto Max

Bought this for my son, he's a big fan of iPhone. We traded in his iPhone XR for the $800 Verizon credit for the new iPhone 13 Pro Max. He Loves it. It does everything he needs it to do. Hopefully he's good for the next 3 years.

Thus far this cellphone has exceeded my expectations! Almost as well as the staff did in helping this electronic-challenged woman in selection and making the purchase. I will be back to Best Buy for future electronics and cell phones!

Not happy Apple forces you to upgrade every 3 to 4 years, however, camera is a major upgrade

The iPhone is excellent and Kevin was instrumental in helping to set up the phone and help choose all the right accessories. This is the second time Kevin has helped me at this store, I will always request his expert opinion!

I have owned four iPhones… iPhone5, 6, X and now 13 max. I pair them with Otterbox cases for protection and compatibility. The iPhone 13 is a great phone and I enjoy the MagSafe charging, and other features. I highly recommend.

I have always had android phones and never wanted to switch but decided to give it a chance. I really like the iphone I am sure I haven't figured out everything on it yet but working on it. I would recommend this phone

Great phone and great service from best buy. Got in and out with phone activated. Verizon service is one of the best service out there don’t regret getting the phone and service with them.

The iPhone I bought is doing ok. The issue I have with Best Buy is the issue with not taking a check. My check was put into a machine and I was told that my check would not be acceptable. I do not write bad checks, but the Best Buy Tele Check system decided that as I had not written checks from that account, they would not accept it. Next time, I go somewhere else!

WE REALLY LOVE OUR IPHONES. THE PERSON SELLING IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER INFORMED. HE SAID YOUR INTERNET IN THE BUILDING WAS NOT UP TO GOOD STANDARDS. I TYPICALLY GET GOOD SERVICE AT BESTBUY.

Great phone. I like the camera's zoom. So good. You can take a picture from afar and zoom in 15x. The quality of picture in general is good. Battery is also greatly improved from the iphone x.
