I had the 11 Pro Max and got trade in for tgis one. I like the screen here it’s wider better and the refresh is something I don’t really notice. Battery life is much better. The audio is superb compared to other phones. I don’t like the camera bump nor the notch but it’s a bit smaller so far so good. Picture and video quality are better now . I could’t make a big use of the rack focus feature even when I want too. You need some staged like events while real life events are way quicker than the AI behind this tech. I haven’t trsted all the features yet but the bottom line: It’s worth the upgrade.

My 13 pro Apple phone is amazing. The battery life is great and the phone is so easy to use.

I bought my 13 pro max 2 years ago. The battery is long lasting, the telephone features are wonderful, the style and size of the phone are I must have. I have to add the sales representative at the Best Buy store in Harrisburg. Pennsylvania was exceptional. This gentleman was absolutely amazing. Great customer service skills, people skills I would buy this phone all over again.

Upgraded from iPhone 12 Pro Max because I had to give that one to my younger sister who lost her phone. Most definitely not much of an upgrade. You still get an excellent Apple’s top-of-the-line phone: great camera, long battery life, high res display, fast processor and sleek look. Wish I had had the opportunity to wait for iPhone 14 Pro Max, though (since I was so close to it’s release date)

It's amazing to me how Apple continues to innovate with each generation of iPhone. This is one of the biggest leaps forward for Apple and they got me to upgrade. The phone is snappy as usual, the screen is crisp, and 5G speeds are amazing. I thought the pro max would be too big but its manageable with my larger hands. I went with the 256GB model so that I can take advantage of 4k Pro Res video on this beast!

What can I say that every iPhone user already knows. Well maybe that I switched from a Samsung S21 Ultra to the new 13 Pro Max. I was actually blown away on the speed of the phone and how fluid it feels. Now every year I buy the iPhone, and after about two weeks I end up going back to my Samsung phone, but not this time. From the drastic improvements made to the camera, to the amazing battery life. I am sold.

I am obsessed with this phone so much!!!! The pictures come out amazing and so clear. For its size, it isn't as heavy as it looks and the nice big screen allows everything to come thru nice and clear. The battery also lasts forever ! I don't need to charge it all day long. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone who wants to upgrade.

It is good battery life and easy to use and good for security

Phone has been nothing but good to me, I asked them to hold the phone for a week in which they did. Made it super easy for me, also helped me build my credit. Rep mentioned the idea of credit then paying it off right away instead of buying out right.

This was a huge upgrade coming from an iPhone 11; OLED screen is amazing and the adaptive 120hz is really nice, battery life lasts me 2 days. Camera is better. Volume of the speakers are better and louder. The screen is brighter.

I want to be very honest for people looking to get a high quality phone. I had used the Samsung Note 10 and Note 20 which are great phones. Both of those Android phones are top tier phones as is the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I would still be using Android had Samsung not taken a step backwards with their latest phone, the unimpressive Ultra S 22…. Here is the deal breaker, Apple Pro Max 13 not just beats Android but beats them by a big margin. I’ve never experienced a battery that lasted on one charge for all day. I thought I was finished with Apple until this gem came along. IT JUST WORKS and when I say that I have zero performance issues it’s the truth I speak. The Apple Pro Max 13 will not let you down. I tried two different Samsung Ultra S22’s do to my love for Android and the S pen. The Apple 13 Pro Max is making me forget about Android. At least for right now.

Love this phone. I’ve been an Android user for the last 13 years. Finally decided to make the switch and I honestly won’t look back. The camera, operating system and smoothness of the ecosystem working synergistically is everything I needed to be my productive self. I know the Ultra 22 is a great phone, however, this IPhone fits me perfectly. Lastly, the battery life is AMAZING! The best! From the time that so am up at 330 in the morning until 7 pm my battery life is at 50% - 40% with no need to charge to get a boost for the day. And this is moderate to heavy usage.

I absolutely love this phone! I got mine in the Alpine Green color with 256 gigs of storage. The screen is big and bright, the cameras are so improved over the 12 Pro Max, and the battery life is insane! You will love this phone!

I’m coming from an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Thanks to the generous trade in offer I took the deal. This phone has the better refresh screen, better battery life and camera. It was worth the deal and this is a fantastic phone. I’m very happy with it and recommend it.

I switched to iOS after 11 years of using android flagships and I can’t be happier. I used ti be an apple hater but a terrible run in with samsung customer service convinced me to try iOS and I’m hooked. I wish there more customization options but the phone is more than amazing. It almost feels like it anticipates what I would do and puts it right in front of me. Tryina set up my new iOS ecosystem is gettin pricey but i feel like its well worth it. I got my mom and cousins to go on Samsung and now I’m trying to get them to switch to iOS. The phones camera is also amazing! Not the largest equipment but the software more than makes up for it. The 120hz screen is extremely responsive and is on par with my old s21 ultra. The screen resolution is also great. The colors are not too saturated making everything look more life like.

Best upgrade I made in a while. The screen size and speed is great. The battery is amazing, it can last a long time. I go on games, YouTube, twitter, snap and many other apps during the day and phone is still alive and doesn’t heat up.

Camera is INSANE! The 120 hertz refresh rate is also very smooth. I upgraded from an iPhone 11 and the difference is very noticeable. The battery is a HUGE plus and is better than any phone I’ve owned previously. Highly recommend.
