This is a really excellent phone. Comparing how much storage space I used on my previous iPhone (an 11) to hold videos and still photos, I could have easily gotten by with a 128 GB model, but they did not have one in stock yet. These phones had just been released and I was at the front end of getting one. The cameras are really excellent. I upgraded because I wanted 5G and better cameras. I'm not disappointed.

Great cell phone. We live in a very weak cell signal area, you know a “Can You hear me now”, kind of place. The IPhone 13 Pro Max picks up better than my Motto Z4 did. My wife’s Moto Z2 and my IPhone do about the same as far as working in a weak signal area. I still have have reasons to throw a fit about not being able to get video from my phone to my various brands of TV sets, we don’t have high speed internet and neither do most of the rest of rural America so I don’t have a router, would somebody make a stupid phone I can plug into HDMI and watch what I’m paying for on my Sony, Samsung and LG TV sets. And nice camera, but if I can afford a $1300.00 phone don’t you figure I might already have a digital 35mm camera, I wish phone manufacturers would figure out I need more than quick access to a world class camera, I need to be able to see all the crap I have on my phone without straining my eyes by way of needing reading glasses just to watch the next Star Wars spin-off Disney series. Nice phone and if you want a iPhone and can afford it, you want be disappointed.

I upgraded from a 7plus, so obviously this is a big upgrade. Is it out of this world amazing? No. Camera and battery life is stupid good though. I use my phone all day and I end up with 50-60% battery at the end of day, oh and I charged it fully the prior night! I Don’t notice the notch on the screen like some whiners do. Face ID doesn’t work with a mask. I miss the home button. IOS 15 does have some glitches where the screen becomes unresponsive. That blows.

I am truly in love with this phone - I upgraded from the iPhone 12 Pro. I work in a National park and I need a phone that had a good battery life and a great camera so well the iPhone 13 pro max in out of this world well to me any ways. After 4 months it is safe to say that this phone past the test of everything that was needed.

Love it! Some people think its like the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I don’t blame them, but for me the upgraded camera and most importantly the 120 refresh make made it worth the upgrade. And the battery life is pretty amazing. With that said, if you have the 12 pro and didn’t want to upgrade, you’d be alright.

I finally replaced my old iphone 8 after having it for several years. Best purchase I've made in a longtime. The battery holds charge for what seems like forever. The pictures are AMAZING! Everything on this iphone overall is an upgrade from what I previously had! I'm SUPER HAPPY with this purchase!

i’ve had this phone since saturday and it’s great. i love the camera and especially the 120 hz display. the battery usually lasts me a little longer than 2 days since i don’t use my phone a lot a lot. the colour, sierra blue, is absolutely amazing as well.

I love this phone. I just switched from Samsung and I am satisfied. I got this so I could FaceTime my grandson whenever he wants to talk since his Parents are iPhone users. Picture quality is great, easy to us. Only issue is my Galaxy watches don’t work good with the iPhone…guess I have to get a Apple Watch

The major improvements from the iPhone 12 Max are the following: 120 refresh rate; longer lasting battery; significantly improved cameras and smaller camera notch. Scrolling text is much clearer and videos appear sharper and HDR videos brighter.

Great camera/pictures. I’ve had the phone two months and three days. It died this morning. Unable to to perform a DFU restore. Phone is dead. I could send it off to Apple to get repaired or have it repaired at Best Buy in three days. I thought, it being so new and so very expensive, they would replace the phone but that is not the case. Will be replacing parts on the inside, I get to keep the same camera though, yay…sarcasm intended. I have been a loyal Apple customer for years, but no more… when it comes time for a new phone, I will buy an Android. I have switched from an Apple Watch, TONIGHT, to a Garmin watch. I was in the process in buying a MacBook Pro but have decided not to proceed with that. I give this phone 3 stars because the pictures are beautiful (5 stars), the battery on the phone was exceptional (5 stars) until my phone died this morning (0 stars)…2 months and 3 days AFTER purchase. The pictures, display, battery life receives 5 stars, the service from Apple for my “lemon phone” receives 0 stars, thus a 3 star rating. I would tell you to call me for more info…but, alas, I have NO phone!

Although I have had this iphone 13 pro max only a short time, I can say that the battery life has doubled from that of the Iphone 12 which I previously had. The camera takes awesome photos, and the adjustments to photo shots are very easy to see. The colors on the screen pop.

My phone is amazing I have had it two years now with no issues I get a lot of Best Buy products just brought something a little while ago and I like the perks you can get . 10/10 for sure

So far I’m loving the new iPhone 13 pro max. Much newer than the iPhone 7pro I had, so a few things to master, but basically all the same stuff. The camera is the biggest difference, in quality! It’s so crystal clear. Also, the battery lasts SO long.

Very happy with this purchase. Was thinking of waiting for the 14 plus to release, but this was still available and has the better camera, the same processor and display but with a higher refresh rate. All for the same price.
