So glad I finally decided to buy a new iPhone and this hands down was the best decision . Camera is amazing quality phenomenal, it’s a little heavier then my xs max but the visual quality is worth it .

Verizon couldn’t get this phone in so they told us that I can buy it from Best Buy I never though in a million years I would own another apple iPhone because I had bad experiences with them and I bought the 12 pro max for my son and I absolutely couldn’t believe that iPhones definitely came along way and I loved messing and stealing my sons and I told my husband for Christmas I want the new pro max 13 and we drove about 2 hrs away but it was totally worth it the guy that sold it to me made sure to give me some discounts but he told me I had to go though Verizon to get my trade in for my old cell and soon as I got in the vehicle I’m like I got service here and there and omg look how amazing my camera is taking pics and i love this phone so much I won’t apart with it lol I love love it and the battery last me all day which my old one wouldn’t

I've had an Apple phone for several years. I generally update about every 2 years to the newest iPhone. My husband and I both traded in our iPhones recently from the the 11 Pro Max to the 13 Pro Max. I can honestly say that I have not been disappointed. They are very touch sensitive, which I love....much easier to get where you want to go quickly. The sound, picture and quality are even better than before and we got them for a phenomenal price through our Verizon plan and Best Buy. I also want to thank Best Buy Staff/Geek Squad for another great job in getting them to us quickly and setting them up.

Amazing phone. I came from an iPhone X and there is night and day difference. I went with the 13 Pro Max and the battery life is amazing. Can go 2 days no problem.

My husband just got this iPhone, switching from android phone. He absolutely loves it, it’s great functionality, nice camera, the battery life and overall quality. He’s been an android fan for years before deciding to switch to iPhone

The battery lasts all day, I charge it at night but it hasn't been lower than 36%. The screen is bigger than my 11ProMax and I may even venture into streaming shows now! The camera has a ton of functions that I'm trying to learn before the holidays hit.

i traded in my iphone 12 mini for this phone and WOW what a difference. the mini would get SO HOT because it's a smaller battery while running 5G - this phone is so much faster and the battery lasts me 2 days while working on it all day

I needed to get back to the Max size and I like this phone very much. Just two things: (1) I read a lot on my phone. This one is heavy (is that why the battery lasts forever? Like 3 days without having to re-charge?) so I hurt my writs from holding it. (2) The phone was not connecting to my Bluetooth devices. It required downloading the latest OS version (the phone was brand new,so I’m not sure why) and some tweaking.

It was a long time since owning an IPhone, I have been an Android person but my car only had Aplle Car Play so I purchased the IPhone 13, it is green a great color. Best Buy did not have a green one in 128gb so I puchased the 256gb. Excellent phone and camera and a lot of great features.

I love my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. The camera takes incredible pictures and videos. The battery life is impressive. I chose the Sierra Blue, and it is absolutely beautiful.

I had the iPhone 11 Max and I thought it was the greatest thing ever. I now have the 13 pro max and there is definitely a huge speed difference. There is also 5g in my area so that probably helps. But smooth as always!

Finally upgraded my iPhone X. It's pretty much the same, besides that it's faster and better camera quality. Other than that, no need to upgrade if your iPhone 8 and above are working perfectly fine.

I have to start with the battery life which is amazing it’s better than any smartphone I’ve ever used. It takes great pictures, is super responsive, and gets the job done even in bright sunlight.

Greatest phone of all time. Everything just pops. Processor is lightning fast. Picture amazing. Camera is legitimately the most insane thing ever. Pix and videos seem almost not real. Intense.

It’s an iPhone, it has an awesome screen and easy user interface. The reasons I don’t like it (which isn’t anything big however I usually use the supplied cable as a car cable) is the new cable and no block for it so it’s an extra purchase if you want to be able to use the one provided. Large improvement over the iPhone X battery as well

This is a major upgrade from previous iPhones. I am getting two days use out of my battery before having to recharge. The camera is excellent and a major upgrade from my XR

I've had my phone for over a year now and don't have anything bad to say about it. I will forever get my phones from Best Buy, as they are hassle free and don't try to sell you anything.

What’s not to love about a new improved iPhone with better camera and battery. Go Apple.

Love this phone. The camera quality is amazing. I upgraded from the iPhone XS Max and the battery life is so much better. I also purchased the MagSafe case and some accessories and I love it!
