Horrible battery life and I am still stuck with this phone

Love this phone! Been with Apple for a long time now and they keep improving

So far so great! I like the screen size a lot as well as the space. The speed I feel like could be fast but it may need some readjusting.

If you compare the phone 13Pro Max, with the phone Samsung galaxy S21 Ultra, generally can not be compared. iPhone13 Pro Max beautiful phone, perfectly removes no problems.

This phone is so good it shouldn't be allowed. I had an iphone 11 pro and this still made that thing feel small, slow, and outdated. I do not regret this switch at all... to anyone who says its too big / heavy, they didn't allow time to adjust to it. It's been maybe a week and it feels like normal to me now.

I really like the iPhone 13 plus. I have to get use to the slide feature to open the screen. The battery life last much longer than the older model phones and I hope it continues. I have not used the camera which is supposed to provide better quality photos than the previous phones.

I upgraded from an iPhone 7 Plus to the 13 Pro Max and am not disappointed. The phone is amazing. It took some time to get adjusted to no home button, but the ease of use with the amazing picture has been awesome.

I love this phone eversince I saw it the first time. The color is fantastic! It's a shame I wasn't able to wait for the upcoming pnone coz my previous iphone just broke and phone is really important to me. But all in all I'm really satisfied.

I pre-ordered the new green iPhone and didn't care for that color. I purchased this graphite and then got a cool-looking blue case that works really well with this nuetral color. The iPhone itself of course is amazing and way faster than my 11.

Like the 13 pro max but heavy and not so easy to hold. I will be passing this on to my husband and get the 13 pro for myself. After using phone for a few days , battery is better but not all that great compared to last phone “X”. It could be related to software issue from what I was told. Will follow up. Overall, best thing about purchase was customer service at “The Hills” Tulsa, Alexandria was AMAZING HELP ….. Made sure everything was transferred perfectly.

Huge upgrade from my old phone, better in every way. The only small thing I preferred with the old phone is 3D Touch but I’m willing to part ways with that for all the other upgrades. I use this phone all day and the battery lasts two days.

Purchased for my wife to replace her iPhone 12 Pro. Phone is much better than her old one. The battery in her old phone wouldn’t last a day for her. The new one is still more than half charged by the time she down the night.

I upgraded from an Apple iPhone 11 so this was a huge improvement for me. I like the new design and the upgraded camera. With four kids I love taking pictures and this paired with iCloud is great.

I have only just begun to understand all the features of this new phone over my ancient iphone7….but I am amazed at the clarity of the photos, the 5g speed, and the sheer number of things I still need to learn!

I am liking the phone more each day. Had a 7 plus before had some adjusting without home button. I love the face recognition. Battery life is excellent don't have to charge it everyday.

The iphone 13 pro max is a huge upgrade from my iphone 7. Speed is like night and day in comparison. The sierra blue is also nice, definitely recommend it!!

Switched from a Galaxy note 20 ultra after my battery and charging port died on me, and I’ve enjoyed this phone, it’s a definite upgrade
