My wife loves her phone. We had a very fast transfer through our Best Buy Verizon rep and it's super easy to use. I backed up her old phone and restored it to the new phone and it's been awesome ever since.

My iPhone 8 had started loosing its battery life so I bought the iPhone 13pro. I love apple products and I love the fact that I could purchase direct from Best Buy. The Best Buy staff is always knowledgeable and ready to help.

Phone has been great. Easy to switch between phones and the cameras are a major upgrade.

I appreciate all the new features of the I-phone 13. The camera to the overall looks. The pro model offers features and benefits that far out weigh any other before it. I also appreciate the long battery life that it has.

The iPhone 13 pro max is truly an upgrade from my previous iPhone XR. I like the size of it and the camera features/battery life made this purchase feels truly upgradable.

I’m an android and iPhone guy the iPhone 13 pro max battery is exceptional it lasts me 2 days big upgrade on iPhone but still behind android but this was a good purchase very happy with it so far

Seems like an awesome phone. Have to take time to learn more. The staff at Best Buy, Brooklyn, Ohio were great and extremely helpful and knowledgeable to help me with purchase and, more importantly, setting up my new phone and transferring data and getting me started. It was a semi-lengthy process, but thorough and never a rushed feeling.

Our family is a total Apple family. I bought this for my husband to upgrade his phone. He absolutely loves his new phone. He was totally impressed with his new Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max. Great product!

I love my new iphone 13 pro max! My side job is social media, so having this powerhouse of a phone has made my content 10x better! The storage is insane and the camera quality is even crazier!

Best iPhone yet! I really like the cameras on this phone and the cinematic mode is great, especially when we receive $1000 credit towards this phone with our trade in of the iPhone 11 Pro.

Changed from Samsung phone to iPhone. Some adjustment in how to use new system but getting hang of this new phone. Old phone was five yeArs old and I wanted the camera on this version.

This phone was fantastic, took a little bit to get use to after switching from android still learning but does all we need an some highly recommended.

The newest Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max is exactly what it claims to be. It offers all the bells and whistles, although the camera's cinema version does take some getting use to.

I love the phone. The people at Best Buy were not helpful though. My phone wouldn’t download to the new phone. They were supposed to help with the process, but did not.
