Thank god I received an unopened item. Unfortunately to my wife, she ordered this item twice and she received the exact open item. What a waste of time going back to the store to return it. Better to pick it up in store than for it to be delivered to your house so that you can make sure that you will receive a new one and not being charge of the restocking fee which is it's not your fault in the first place.

Honestly after 4 months with this phone, I can’t say I’m impressed. So after just about 3 weeks it started having connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi. It I wanted to use any internet I basically needed o use my cell data. After about a month after that the Bluetooth would just disconnect and turn back on for no reason. After another 2-3 weeks the phone started force restarting its self. So after 3 days of fighting with that I contacted Apple. They said bring it in and they would fix it or replace it with a new one. I make the hour + drive to them to have them completed wipe the phone and tell me all fixed…. I get 15 minutes from home and the Bluetooth starts acting up again. I get home and within an hour it’s shutting off again and the phone is basically useless. It takes 10 minutes for the phone to turn back on after it shuts itself off so and the shutdowns are so random can’t make calls or play a game or anything. So I call Apple they tell me bring it back in they will give me a brand new phone.. I get there they do not honor that they decide to take it apart to “fix” it and then just replace everything but the back cover anyway…. Supposedly the new hardware they sent me home with is brand new again. The other parts lasted just 10 weeks. It has been just over 3 weeks since I got it fixed and the Wi-Fi issues have started already. I had a iPhone X for 4 years I loved. Honestly it wasn’t worth the headache of upgrading to this one for a bigger screen. Yea the camera seems to be better. But I didn’t need a better camera the x was just fine.

Love the color and the phone works great. Old phone had issues with WiFi but this works well.

I absolutely love my new phone. I was waiting to upgrade and am regretting I didn’t do it sooner.

Upgraded from an iPhone 8, still learning it, but so far a great phone, crisp photos and videos!
