Great phone. I tried switching from Android to this phone, but I have been married to Android since the beginning. This phone was the easiest transition minus a few hiccups. I ended up going back to Android after a week.

Came from a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (which I loved) to an IPhone 13 Pro Max. Both phones are great there are pros and cons from switching. Honestly you can’t go wrong with either phone but it will take some time getting used to the iPhone.

I love this phone. It does so much still learning and I am very happy. I love Apple products and that is all I buy. The color Alpine green is beautiful and I'm a big fan of green. Thank you Best Buy you're awesome!

It has done pretty cool features with pictures you can copy text that is in the photo and paste it anywhere I thought that was pretty cool because sometimes I translate things and I can just hold on to the text in the photo and it copied it

Over all very nice product. It is on the heavy side for a hand held item.

I love my phone . Everything work perfectly I didn’t have no problems besides tried to activate it and set up my iCloud account but it finally went thur . I give this phone 10/10 and I will be recommending more people :)

A little pricey but many good features and the storage is more than adequate.

So far so good. The main improvement over last years model is the battery life.

Overall a solid phone but heavy compared to others.

This current iPhone 13 Pro Max was purchased as a Christmas present for my wife. She loves it. Some functions were different than her old iPhone 6 but now that she has learned them she is happy.

Great phone. If you’re in the apple ecosystem you’ll be happy with the product. The only negative thing is that Verizon does not allow Best Buy to sell you the phone without a Verizon contract.

Love this phone! My old phone was dying and was not performing as it should. Replaced with the 13 which I am very happy with. The trade in feature was a bonus and gave me a good price which I could not resist and I have the phone that I love. I would buy this phone again.

I ordered this phone on the pre order day. Someway the order got canceled in the system & I was not able to reorder this specific phone/color & get my initial trade in amount on the reorder.

Even though this was the wrong model purchased, it’s a great phone. The Best Buy rep was new and mistakenly sold me the wrong model. Thu is a good size for men or those with big hands.

Great product! So glad that Boulder Best Buy had it in stock. Apple Store was completely out! Still learning all od the new features (last phone was 7Plus), but so far we are loving it.

Enjoying my new IPhone although there are so many features that it’s going to take awhile for me to learn I wish my daughter was here to show me but I’m getting it

Excellent phone with an awesome screen display. Easy to navigate and works well with app locations. Since having an Apple iMac, it works well with the iPhone phone system services.

LOVE my new iPhone 13 Pro Max!!! Amazing camera! I took a picture while in a car going 55 mph on RAW mode and it was crisp and CLEAR!
