I say save your money and keep your 12 Pro Max, if that is what you are looking to upgrade. I’m now seriously contemplating taking it back for a refund.

Unresolved issues

I use my phone for everything, but using it as the phone is to say the least disappointing, Best Buy sent me to Verizon when the phone didn’t make the switch to the new carrier, and gave me useless information when it came to trading in my phone. It was a two week ordeal with poor reception to follow. Not a happy customer.

Terrible trade in experience

The phone is great but the trade in experience has been terrible. I’ve tried to contact BestBuy and Verizon multiple times for help and have gotten nowhere. It’s been a nightmare. I will be seriously considering moving my business elsewhere in the future.

Not happy

Had the phone less than 24 hours and was having issues with making phone calls. I took the phone back to Best Buy. I had the Geek Squad run a diagnostic check and found the phone was defective and was unable to be repaired. They had to order me a brand new phone. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks for the new phone to be shipped. Never had issues like this with my android.
