Love the phone and sales guy was awesome just didn’t get my phone contact in my email

Nothing special from the 12 pro max to be honest nothing fan over

This phone was s nightmare. Arrived defective and unable to be activated. Hours in stores and on phone. Whole experience was unbelievable. Phone returned. I would give it a no star

I decided to preorder the phone on 9/17 the first day it was available. The only thing I was pre ordering was disappointment … phones been out a few days … thx bestbuy don’t take pre orders if you can fulfill the product especially early pre orders

I purchased an iPhone 13 and was promised it in two days. After almost a month it still isn’t delivered. It was a painful process. I would rather go with Apple or Verizon at this point.

This phone is ok as long as you don’t drive a Toyota. Very poor service with hands free in a Toyota.

It might be the same build as the 12, but it's upgraded everywhere that counts. 120hz pro motion screen (Adaptive refresh rate, which actually helps save battery) Better Camera Upgraded battery, which leads to even better battery life. It is slightly heavier, so if passes your threshold of too much to handle, you may be better off with one of the other models.

I’ve had this phone for a week and just kills it in every single category. The camera is extremely versatile especially compared to my old XR. The battery life is incredible I can get over a day with out charging it. The screen is way better I can see my content even outside on a sunny day. I would highy recommend this phone.

Best Buy preorder was a joke. I will never preorder anything with them again. I’m still without my phone smh.

You give a product a 1 star review because the store had pre-order issues? How is that the products fault? You all realize there’s a product availability shortage right? Apple pre-orders are more than a month out. Anyway, this phone is amazing. If you’re upgrading from an X or older, I would say this is an amazing upgrade. The cameras are solid, finally having 120 refresh rate has been long overdo, improved battery life is great. You can’t expect much more than minor upgrade from here on out. As far as this years over the 12, they’re not bad at all.

I absolutely LOVE my phone. This is my 2nd iPhone I ever had and I'm sticking by Apple now. I upgraded from the iPhone 11 PM and got this one. Mainly because all my Android phones, the battery wasn't living up to what was advertised and I struggled to maintain a good battery and became very sensitive to my battery drainage. iPhone has surpassed my expectations. Depending on my usage, I will EASILY get a day out of it. Unless you're traveling and use Maps a lot, your phone will last a long time. If you're looking for a phone that's easy to understand, that will give you a long lasting battery, this phone is amazing. For anyone wondering about this or the new iPhone 14 coming out, you won't go wrong with this one.

I upgraded to this phone from an iPhone 11 Pro Max and the improvements are staggering. Apple has done it again. I absolutely love this new phone, but I have been blown away the most by the performance. The iPhone 13 Pro Max is insanely fast. The screen is super smooth and fluid. Definitely worth an upgrade!

Very nice upgrade from my iPhone 8 The larger size takes very little time to adjust to but not a pocket phone like the 8 Typical Apple iPhone quality, easy to setup and transfer data from 8 to 13 Pro Max

I bought the iphone12 pro max and it us great. The color intensity is wonderful. Camera picture clarity is something else. Love it and will get the 13 soon.

Solid upgrade from the 12 pro max. Nothing life changing as most apple products, it just works.

Oops my mistakes the review I did on the case should have been for this phone. I like the phone but the service was not good. Employee didn’t tell me tell after the transaction that I wasn’t able to do upgrade.
