Best phone I've owned thus far. Camera is amazing. Processing speed is great. The battery life is the best I've found on the market. Can easily go an entire work day and not even come close to low power. Highly recommend.

By far the best cell phone ive ever own. Ive been an android user for years with Samsung galaxy phones and my note took a dump last month and believe it or not i still had my iphone 5s and put my sim card in and that was a joke cause apple stop giving undates for that iphone and i couldn't load all my apps. So i made a bold move and got me the 13 pro max. This iphone is fast and smooth and has a weight to it that i like. Has a ton of space and all the apps i want and more.... In my opinion best iphone out there.

I upgraded my iPhone 11 to this iPhone 13 pro max & I’m very happy with my new phone. It’s definitely a great upgrade if you have the iPhone 12 I honestly don’t think it’s much different from that model. But you have an 11 or lower model you’re going to be very happy with the new iPhone 13. I did purchase the Sierra blue & it’s beautiful! I always buy the white iPhone but this time I couldn’t resist and I’m glad I got something different this time around.

It was a long awaited upgrade. I had iPhone 7 Plus and felt it was necessary to get a new phone. I like the bigger screen, the camera, battery life and the look of the phone.

Upgraded from iPhone 8 Plus. Speed/memory/camera is a major upgrade absolutely worth it. Getting used to no Home button was an issue at first. Facial recognition is nice/convenient option.

Still an excellent product. Not much has changed excellent battery life. camera is better then my iPhone 11 but that wasn’t a pro. Screen is slightly bigger but not much

Avid iPhone user hesitant initially to try the iPhone 13 pro max as I’ve had extremely good luck with the iPhone 11 Pro Max. The 13 pro max is extremely fast, very smooth with no shutter and moving fast through pages of data. The gold finish is so much better than the iPhone 12. Very happy with product especially with the screen notch being reduced in size, battery life is exceptionally good

Size and screen quality 10/10. The 120 refresh rate is also a noticeable improvement. The battery life is the best there is.

This phone has a larger screen and more storage than my old one. Also there is more battery life.

Switched from droid, life long galaxy user, and so glad I did!! This phone is amazing!! It’s tough to explain but it’s just so much easier to use & more intuitive than the droid platform. Obv the camera & all the bells n whistles in it are top notch, but it’s just fun to use!! Got the pro max which is a lil big & prolly would’ve just got the Pro if I could do again, but that’s my fault. The phone is still amazing!!

Upgrading from an iPhone 11 Pro Max to the 13 Pro Max is a huge difference. The colors that the screen produces is amazing. The 13 Pro Max has some heft to it, and feels like something special in your hand. The battery lasts all day.without the need of having to have the phone on a charger.

Purchased as an upgrade from the 11 Pro. Screen size is better but would like a size a bit smaller than 13 Pro Max and 11 Pro but with all the features of the 13 Pro Max. The phone has been giving me lots of issues with my speakerphone and Face ID. Conversation either on speakerphone or when connected to car are horrible so I have to hold the phone to my ear to have a conversation and it seems like every time I update IOS I have to set up a new Face ID. We still have the XR and it seems to work better than this phone.

Great battery life. Perfect size and weight. Happy with camera upgrade.
