Whole family is back to iPhone except for 1. This was my second oldest first iPhone, he has always had Android phone since his first Motorola Atria 2 back in 2011. To say he is pleased with it would be an understatement. The rest of us have 12 Pro Max versions and you can tell a difference with the 120 Hz Pro Motion screen, a great as mine is, his is better.

Works great as expected of iPhone 13 love the camera

I usually upgrade every year. Almost didn’t this year but i am glad I did. The camera is much better than the iPhone 12 Pro Max and the notch in the top of the screen is much smaller. Very noticeable compared to the 12. Battery life is much better as well. Overall a. Great iPhone!

Beautiful color,longer battery life.I love Apple products and they are getting better and better.Love large screens that 11,12 and 13 have.Getting phone at Best Buy is very simple,everyone is nice and helpful. I stopped going to AT&T stores years ago!

Ignore all those negative reviews you have been seeing. There’s a reason theses aren’t in stock anywhere and it’s because they get sold the second they become in stock and can’t keep up with the demand. Has nothing to do with shipping. The camera on this thing is ridiculous and the updated screen with new refresh rate is mind blowing especially for people who watch a lot of stuff on their phone. If you’re going to settle for anything but the pro or pro max save the Benjis

Have had this phone for about 2 weeks and I have no complaints. As someone who had an Android for years I decided to take a chance and make the switch to iPhone and so far haven’t been disappointed. The phone itself is a beautiful phone in Gold and works as good, if not better in some areas, than my Android did. The only thing that I would caution if you’re making the switch from Android is do not waste your time downloading their “Move to Ios” app, it does not work at all. However, once I finally finished setting up all my apps and logging in it’s been a pleasant experience. The 5 star rating is based purely on the phone itself, both in terms of looks and performance. The only downside is once again the move from Android to iPhone. Other than that, I have no regrets making the switch whatsoever. It was worth the switch

Great phone with wonderful camera for pictures and videos. I go to a lot of concerts and this phone is what I was seeing other people recording with. Fantastic and very quick and easy to pick out what I wanted and get it installed at my Best Buy.

Thi phone is something else!! Fast, beautiful and reliable. The only negative thing I can find is the weight, the phone is heavy.

I really wanted to try out a "MAX" model of the iPhone. I was very worried about one-handed use since I was so use to the smaller models, but after having and using the Max I honestly will never go back. The camera on this beast is fantastic as well!

I have had this phone for over 3 years and it still works like it’s brand new.

Phone worked as advertised, buying it from Best Buy was easy. Didn't haggle, didn't try to upsell me. Just helped me with the order, shipped it to me, and I was able to have it as a Christmas gift with no issues. 10/10

Purchased this to replace an older iPhone and love the upgrade. Phone has a great screen size, clarity is great and phone is very responsive. Fast load times for apps and pages. Camera is awesome. So glad I finally upgraded.
