Purchased as gift for spouse. Marred by negative experience purchasing at BB. They tried to con me in into spending 200.00 for tech support to transfer data from older iPhone. You don't need that. It's drop dead simple if you follow apple's instructions.

Got new iPhone with not much trouble

It just took a long time to transfer data from my old iPhone to new iPhone. I don’t know if bestbuy could do something to expedite it. Also I don’t know when the process was completed so I just took a good 4-5 hours befor returning to pick my new iPhone

Some downsides are the typical apple issues, sometimes safari or other apps crash and the phone can’t keep up but Lynne’s than that it’s been great I love the design

I got $ 275 for iPhone 7 Plus trade in. I also got 24 months apple care for no cost due to Best Buy tech membership ! Pretty cool ,

Failed to meet the experience I enjoy with Android

Applications such as the voice recorder and calendar are more functional on my android devices. Add to boot both have a stylus and the iPhone 14 or any other iPhone is done. Glad I was able to return this overhyped product. Though, while I had the iPhone, the integrated use with my MacBook Pro was nice.
