Best place to buy an iphone

They have the best support staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. In less than and hour I purchased a phone, transferred all my info and got instructions on how to send in my old phone for credit.

Always prefer to get our phones and do everything at Best Buy rather than go to the store. Wife switched from samsung to iPhone 14 and is very happy!

Best Buy’s Garbage Delivery packaging…

I would advise Best Buy to stop packing packages with tape that says Best Buy. Honestly worst purchase ever because of course too I used the credit card I just got too so I’m pretty sure my credit is gonna go down a lot for not even getting what I ordered. Lesson learned DONT ORDER BEST BUY DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME!!!

Nah, but i would still recommend it if you are running an X or older model.

The store didn’t have it in stock, but said they could get one quickly. On 1/16/24, they finally canceled the order, freeing us up financially to look somewhere else. 21 days is too long to wait. Best Buy should know immediately if it is in their inventory or not. This is not Best Buy customer service that I’m used to.
