We bought two of these iPhone 14’s and we absolutely love them! We went from Samsung phones to Apple because everything else we have is Apple and they all connect so we can access everything!

Daughter needed a new phone as her xr was not working. This is a bit smaller which she liked with more memory. Disappointed the charging block not included but that is an apple issue. Otherwise, working well. Set up in the store was great!

So far, so good. I used android since I got a cellphone 30 years ago. What a difference!! Easy to learn how to use for a senior population member. I highly recommend. I was afraid of the smaller keyboard. No problem!!

Have upgraded most of our cell phones at Best Buy. Usually have stock on what we want and helpful on explaining the features. Charge extra for data transfer but can do yourself with on line instructions.

The staff here were very friendly and provided good service.

I'm getting used to all the swiping, but I do like the clarity of the screen. I'm disappointed that I still have to charge it on a daily basis. I was hoping the battery would last longer. I haven't tried taking a picture yet.

Good product more memory cameras improved function rest of the phone is almost the same as my 11.

No problems since purchase, takes getting used to after trading in an I Phoe 8 but have the feeling it will be awesome

The 14 is ok but not liking that apple changed everything so you have to buy new plug cannot use usb cords that I have plenty of. If I thought about it I would not go with this phone.
