I was in panic mode when I entered Best Buy because I lost my phone, JK the manage on duty was quick to help me, we logged into my I cloud acct and entered lost phone added my number with message "Lost Phone please call." Well I purchased a new phone and today got a call that phone had been found. Thank you so much JK for all your time spend helping me, I truly appreciated it. Love my new IPhone 14 and now have an extra phone for my husband when he decides to give up his IPhone 8 and hope this never happens again. Thank you so much!!
