I upgraded from iPhone XR to the IPhone 14 and what a difference. Siri responds better, the overall interface is more smooth and surprisingly the network connectivity is better too. The amazing photos are a plus and I love the integrated environment of iPhones and my MacBook Pro, everything is so streamlined and efficient. Couldn’t be more happier. And lastly, the midnight black is such a sweet look and the battery life is appreciated

Works great. Bought a refurbished 13 first to save money but returned it because the battery sucked and the mic for the phone was terrible and no one could hear me when I made a phone call. This brand new 14 is perfect.

Nice and sturdy look. Perfect size and colour. Its unlocked is gives you freedom to choose your carrier. Sales representatives nade it so convenient process to buy and understand the product details before, during and after purchase. Looking forward for more services to buy.

I was disappointed when the staff at Richfield, MN couldn’t match the price on the Best Buy website. They just wanted to get done with me so I can leave. Not a good customer experience. I will not return to that Best Buy. The phone is great as an iPhone. Good quality and easy to transfer phone number as it is unlock. If they say it isn’t unlock then it can be.

I purchased the iPhone 14 for my wife for her birthday. She has previously used other brands of smart phones. She was worried about making the transition to an Apple product but has found the switch much easier than anticipated. She loves her new iPhone.

Loving my new phone! I had been an Android user for many years but always had a Mac computer. Having everything sync is great! I know when I have messages and VM when on my laptop. Took me getting used to the OS but it is very intuitive and the camera is far superior to my old one. Good stuff!

Since 7 months I used the camera and phone compatable in the hand and battery and royality was so amazing.

This time, I was renewing my cell phone. The truth is, I always check out the deals at Best Buy, and this one seemed very good. The cost-benefit ratio seemed excellent. I no longer buy the latest version of the iPhone; I've realized that it gives me the same value to buy older versions that work for a few years and then upgrade. This is nothing like a few years ago, when previous models weren't available.

The I phone 14 to my knowledge is far better than my old samsung galaxy A 12. The only trouble i am having is to down load the application of a certain airline so i can book my flight. Otherwise this is an investment for the future eventhough i am a new user.

This is an upgrade to the iPhone that I previously owned. I love all features that I have experienced. It is simple and easy to use but has great operating capabilities.
