Excellent phone for my grandson. It was very pleased.

I originally picked up my iPhone on Nov. 18 but transaction was not handled properly with Verizon by BB North Lake associate. I should have received a bill from Verizon from Nov. 11 to 17 for my old phone (Android) and for Nov. 18 to Dec. 10 for my iphone 14, instead got a full android bill ($91.44), i would appreciate this being straightened out with Verizon

Not as easy to use as my 5E. Many differences in the way you interact with this model

Very poor Customer service. It’s been over three weeks and we still don’t have our phone. Unable to get resolution from the store, manager or customer support.

Works very so far. I do miss being able to use my fingerprint to unlock!

This phone is a lemon. At first the problem was blamed on T-Mobile--poor reception in the area where I live. So, I switched to Verizon, which did not solve the problem. I am TIRED of friends and businesses telling me that they cannot understand me because I am "breaking up." I have made at least a half dozen calls and drove 40-60 miles to two different Verizon stores hoping to resolve this. The nearest Best Buy (where I bought it) is a two hour drive. Hopefully, that will be more productive than the hours I have spent on the phone talking to T-Mobile and Verizon attempting to resolve this! Best Buy needs to exchange this for a phone that works properly!

Liked my android better as it's easier and does more for me

Battery doesn’t last a day. Phone turns off randomly. I regret upgrading. My old XR ran better than this phone.

Phone calling was not set up properly -from factory. Had to go to Verizon store to get it activated.

I love how light weight it is and how it came in my favorite color Yellow. Also I drop the phone like 5 times on cement by accident without a case on it didn’t even break like my iPhone 11 did. And I hardly ever charger my phone and if I have a 100 percent battery one day it can last me up to three days or more if I don’t use any of my apps.
