They do not forward AppleCare info to Apple and phone will NOT be covered for repairs. Between the Bestbuy unprofessional overseas call center, trips to Bestbuy store locations for manager help and calls to Apple, STILL NO PHONE AND NO REPAIR at NOW 15 DAYS!! YOU WILL GET NO SUPPORT FROM BESTBUY OR APPLE!!

The lady set my phone number with someone elses number. Was a mess and I had to go to an actual att representative
