    Haven’t bout a new phone since the iPhone 11 , but I’m glad I did I love the 14 plus , the 5g is definitely worth the upgrade

    Well, I had it for exactly 20 days and I'm not sure how long it will last. All of a sudden the screen went totally black for no reason when I finished texting. There is only a 14 day return window which now tells me I should have purchased some sort of "geek squad" coverage. I had my iphone 11 for 5 years and never a problem. I just was surprised that there isn't atleast a 30 day exchange. So, needless to say this is the last time I will be buying from Best Buy because it's not a "best buy".

    Had a good experience overall with purchasing the device. It was a gift from me to my father. He's very happy with the phone. The one complaint I have is that the storage size wasn't what I wanted and I had to settle for a lesser storage device.

    Pretty much the same as my XR but has a better screen. Its a good phone but not to much different than the phone 4 generation ago.
