He absolutely loves the bigger screen. He loves the screen for games and watch TV. The battery life is better as well.

I like BB because they deal with all the carriers and are quick and knowledgeable. The Apple Store is always overwhelmed by customers. We got the 14 plus

Difficult to communicate with each other. Switching to an IPhone has been a seem less transition. Best Buy was a great help in the transition.
