    On the second day I had the phone, it completely locked up. I had to Google to see how to fix it. Touch screen was not working at all. The power button didn't work. I finally was able to reboot it. Not off to a good start! I bought a new phone because battery was so bad on my old iPhone. This has been great so far. The locking has a bunch of suggestions on Google so it sounds like it is a thing with this phone.

    I bought two iPhones. Paid in whole. Tried to buy a third, but they refused to sell it to me unless I financed it. I refused. Had to wait 30 minutes while they verified that they had to finance it. Went to Verizon. Bought the third phone without any issues and it was much faster. Good phone. Horrible sales.(the clerk was fine. It was beyond his control)
