    I have always had android phones. Most recently though, I’ve had the z fold 3. Phone started to give me issues with the screen and i just wasn’t really feeling the samsung charm anymore. I kept talking to a few friends about whether or not i should swap to apple and they heavily encouraged it, even if just to try it out. Made the switch and honestly i may never go back to android!

    My upgrade from an iPhone 12Pro to a 14pro was made seamless by the Best Buy mobile support team in Burlington, NC. Whenever we are purchasing laptops, mobile phones or home theater systems, we buy at Best Buy. The sales team at Burlington is worth the drive for me. Thank you so much Best Buy for making our tech purchases fun.

    Wonderful camera! I got engaged soon after purchasing this phone, and I was very pleased about the gorgeous close-ups I have been able to take of my ring and with my fiancé! I like the size because it resembles the phone I had previously - the iPhone 12 Pro.

    Love this phone! Have had both Apple and android and prefer Apple. I upgrade frequently and my grandkids are the recipient of my castaways. They keep them until Apple stops the phone’s upgrade but they are still in great shape even then.

    We purchased this phone to replace an older generation iphone. Its a quality, well-constructed device that im sure will last at least several years before replacement is needed. Much higher build quality than my samsung galaxy fold.

    Walked in and over to the mobil section and was greeted by Jan, he managed to assist me with upgrading my phone with ATT, he got me a new case and screen saver with it. Over all smooth upgrade process and Jan is an entertaining people person, hes a real one!

    It’s faster than my SE. I’m enjoying the larger screen. I bought the screen protector and Otterbox case. Fits great in the outer pocket of my purse. Clear and easy to read. I stream music, easy to use.

    Even coming from an iPhone 13 Pro Max I’m very happy to upgrade. The camera and dynamic island are my favorite upgrades. With $1000 trade in promo from ATT it was a no brainer.
