Seamless, Apple never fail to amaze. But I am really disappointed with it not having a charger brick on the name of environment. If that was the real reason why did apple not reduce the price of the phone by $30, the cost of an apple charger. That would have gave the people a change to get the charger and not feel they are paying on top of phone.

Jumping from an old iphone 6s to the new iphone 14 Pro I was concerned there might be a huge learning curve. Nope, there wasn't. It was a very smooth transition from old to new.

The salesperson was very helpful. I'm getting use to my new phone. The phone came in early and the communication was good when it got there. I picked it up and they helped download all my information on to the new phone. When I got home, I had to call apple to help with my apple ID.

Love this phone. Picture quality is wonderful. My petite hand holds it fine. Maybe a little big, but my hand is small. It has been a great phone!
