Best Buy Mobile staff were very helpful during the pre-order process and pickup. Battery lasts two days and love the Deep Purple color! I put a clear case from Mkeke on it which offers great protection and Insignia - Anti Reflective Glass Screen Protector.

Decent phone-14 pro

I loved my iPhone 7, it lasted me 7 years and I think my 7 was actually better than that 14 pro I have now- it’s a great phone, I’m not happy with the camera aspects- too much crap to figure out to take a simple photo or video lol

I had an 11 that my husband now owns; He dropped his phone in the lake. The visuals are noticeably clearer. Easy to use. One thing though, pictures from text messages under the contact person are missing. I think this sounds like an iOS problem. Still annoying. And Devon, the phone guy at Best Buy, was sweet, professional and competent.

Improvement over Android

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As a long-term Android user, I've had a learning curve and find a few things that are hard because I could quickly do them with Android, but overall, after getting used to the iPhone, I'm impressed with the feel of the screen and the feeling that things were thought about so it "just works". Needs a way to work (share text pictures etc.) with a PC... I'm told it's coming.
