Got this for my mom as an upgrade from the 8 and she has no complaints yet.

I don't know exactly how different the 14 Pro is compared to more recent versions of the iPhone, but it is an excellent upgrade from the iPhone 11. Much faster, much faster-feeling (refresh rate), camera is way better, and the overall experience is much stronger.

Upgraded from IPhone XS. Really not much new except in the camera area. Much better pictures, more options, better video. The rest looks much the same with iOS 16. Always on lock screen is neat but a consumer of battery power, so I would turn it off. Samsung's implementation is much better and less power hungry. One other thing. The three camera lens add three big bumps on the back of the phone, so it's not as slim as my old iPhone XS.

Had the 13 pro and love the new 14 pro! Love the island feature.

Good product, not surprising staff members who helped me had varied levels of expertise. Frustrating when excellent staff passes you to a lesser one.

Upon eyeing the 14 Pro as the replacement device for my aged X Pro, I was certain I would be getting a great upgrade to a faster phone with better battery life, nicer screen with added resolution, increased storage capacity, among other key upgrade features. Boy was I wrong about all of that. The battery is literally worse than my 3.5 year old X pro. I’m not sure how this is even possible but I’m left charging up the 14 pro every chance I get throughout the day. The screen does provide a higher refresh rate but the only thing that does is highlight apps that do not support the higher refresh rate. I’m left with random stutters in nearly every app. The touch screen will often ignore taps and will freeze the screen frequently. I’ve got to say Apple, for a $1,500 new phone, I would expect it to AT LEAST match a model from 3.5 years but this model leaves me wanting my X Pro back badly. At least only having 4g prior to this device, I will also attest that 5G ain’t all it’s cracked up to be. Not only do I rarely have 5G service, but I also experience very slow data speeds if I have 5G access in that area.

I've had an Apple iPhone since the 3rd generation model. The phone works as advertised and I am aware of the quirks it may have been a new model, but it has never deterred me from getting any other phone other than the latest iPhone.

Best Buy is great if you don’t need same day delivery.

Absolutely love going into the Best Buy in Rancho Cucamonga. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Gabby helped me with my phone I came in stressed and in need of a phone asap. My phone got stolen and I had been without my phone for a week. She not only help me set up a temporary phone so I didn’t have to go another day without a phone but she also helped me find the best deal and got me my new phone next day. I came into the store and she helped me set it up and do my trade in and she made sure everyone was good to go before I left. She’s the best made my stress go away. I appreciate her so much and her kindness.

Very happy with my purchase. I have owned iPhones since the first version came out. I have occasionally tried Samsung and Pixel phones only to go back to the iPhone. Beautiful hardware and works almost flawlessly.
