It fits my hand so much better. The exchange was so smooth at our local Best Buy store. Nathan made everything so worry free!

Excellent Customer Service Always

Best Buy at this location provides the best customer service. Always clean and ready for customers. I'm just doing this review because I like to take my time. Lol amazing work guys and girls keep up the great job.

No issues so far. Although I do feel that the camera system can be improved - it constantly switches between the lenses when trying to focus and apple has done a poor job integrating their camera software with 3rd party apps like instagram, snap etc.

Beautiful phone

Besides liking the purple color, the new phone is so much faster, and takes beautiful pictures. The sound is crystal clear, and I am very happy with it so far. The rebate deal from AT&T is what really sold me, although I did have to change my plan to get credit for old phone.
