    Best Buy sold me the phone, yet they could not activate it. Had to go to Verizon to have them activate it. Why would you sell a phone that you cannot activate?

    Big upgrade from my Xs. There does seem to be an issue with screen responsiveness with respect to touch but I will see if it resolves with the next update.
