Best buy employees were also very nice. I had to order the phone and the workers did all of the work for the order, I only had to pay and pick it up. Very fast shipping. My only problem is on apple. The back of the phone has shattered and it will cost 500 to fix it.I know multiple people with the same iphone that has had the back scatter. I always keep a case on it as well. the phone, in perfect condition is only worth 300, even though i paid 1000 and it's only a year old. Battery is also lagging.

Beautiful phone

Besides liking the purple color, the new phone is so much faster, and takes beautiful pictures. The sound is crystal clear, and I am very happy with it so far. The rebate deal from AT&T is what really sold me, although I did have to change my plan to get credit for old phone.

The iOS16 software update went smooth and the experience is amazing. I love the 120Hz refresh rate and i actually dig the dynamic island feature. It's pretty cool. Battery life is way better than what i had on my iPhone SE and i just love the size of the iPhone 14 pro. The pro Max was too big for me. The camera on this phone is also amazing.

Went in late around 8:30, was out and had my new phone in minutes! It’s amazing so many new features and it’s lighter and the size is perfect not too big! My battery life is amazing I charge it only about 2 hours a day total. Camera is 10000% clearer than my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Also the display and images on the screen are crystal clear as well As vibrant!

I finally made the switch. The Pro Max was way to big for me now. I used it while coaching. Big screen was nice - smaller screen nicer now.

(maybe all tasks, I don't know). Much quicker at Siri home control. Camera is much better; the in phone picture processing is light years ahead. Battery seems to be lasting longer. I get maybe 2 days now. Didn't with the 12.

12 mini to 14 pro

I like that it’s not huge compared to the mini because I prefer a smaller phone. It’s faster and the camera is amazing. The trade in rebate is a great time to upgrade. Trade in on my mini was $250, but through AT&T you get $800 credit. Like Nike says Just Do It ✔️

I was able to transfer my data from my old phone without issue. However, I did have to call my provider in order to transfer my cell number/plan--so carve out a little bit of time for that if you are upgrading.

I love that action island. I haven’t had any issues with this phone. I’m very happy with it. I haven’t been able to say that for awhile.
