The iPhone 14 pro is an excellent device. Camera quality is excellent (and sometimes maybe too good).. sometimes the camera app can be buggy. Besides that, the phone is great.

I previously had the iPhone 13 Pro Max, and I’m so happy getting this phone! It’s the perfect size and the new dynamic island thing is pretty neat too. I think having a huge phone got old for me, but this is perfect. The smaller screen isn’t really that different in day to day use, but the extra portability is a little more noticeable. The battery life is great too!

Recently I bought the iPhone 14Pro. After putting this model through its paces, (i.e. 5G connectivity, quality of voice calls, camera photographic performance) Apple has delivered another monster hit. The quality of the workmanship measures up to Apple's high standards. More importantly, the battery life is up to the job.

The iPhone 14 Pro strikes the perfect balance for me. Aside from being as premium this phone is over the industry, I prefer the size of this phone over the Pro Max because it feels great in my hand while still everything looks beautiful on screen and inside & out. Purchased this in Space Black and I love it. Activating the phone is a flawless process and quick, thanks to eSIM. I also traded in my iPhone 11 at the same time for instant credit towards my final price. Love this deal Best Buy has. Hope they continue running this promo for years to come. After activation I went home to restore the data from iCloud backup since Best Buy’s Wi-Fi was atrociously slow. If there’s an area for improvement, Best Buy needs fast and reliable Wi-Fi for services like downloading our backup file from iCloud (come on Best Buy/Geek Squad…you’re a high tech retailer. You should at least have fast Wi-Fi like the Apple Stores. As a result my iPhone wasn’t fully functional until about 6 hours after activation. Fast Wi-Fi from Best Buy would have cut that time down to 1 or 2 hours. Other than that, the customer service reps were very helpful and attentive.
