First time trying an iPhone Max and I love the size. It fits well in my pocket which I was worried about when first purchasing but the screen size and display is outstanding on this device. The iPhone 14 Pro Max is by far faster than my older phone (iPhone 12 Pro) and I would recommend this phone to all of my friends/family!

like the phone however, learned in Feb that the ios release caused problems with facetime. further, issues with receiving authentication txts. spent 2 hours on phone with Verizon, who transferred me to apple - spent 3 hrs with them, who suggested i come to the apple store with phone - spending 2.5 hrs there. Finally running. Has this ever happened to me before? no. and ...do i like the phone - yes, just not the quirky headaches and time suck.

Got the last deep purple color and it looks so much better in person. The camera quality is also insane on this iPhone. I definitely would recommend this phone to others.

It was amazing i cpuldnt have asked for anything else but this amazing entounter to get our phone was amazinf & i dont know what else to type but it was amazing

Great phone. Best Buy sales support was a bit lacking. I love the phone, but I was trying to do a trade in of my old phone. Previously when I traded in a phone, there was instruction and an email of how to complete that process. This time, even through we discussed that I was planning on trading in throughout the process. There was never any instruction. There were no emails. I had to go back to Best Buy, and they just gave me a web address. I tried the process and it looked like it would only work on a purchase. So, I went to a Verizon store, and they told me this would have to be taken care of by Best Buy. Finally went back to Best Buy and they explained what I needed to do. A lot of time and frustration could have been avoided if they would have just taken the time at the time of sale to explain the return process.

Nice larger screen! Bigger, faster, longer lasting battery, fast charge capability. excellent camera.

I upgraded from an iPhone 11 when the 14 first came out and it’s been so worth it. I love how the pro max is bigger and I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth.

Awesome phone super fast compared to my iPhone X. The camera takes fabulous pictures a little on the heavy side but you’ll get used to it.

I absolutely love everything about this phone ,,buy it it speaks for itself !!! ,,I started with 7 then 11 n now the 14 pro max excellent choice i would say buy it n see for yourself

Got this for the camera and have not been disappointed. don’t know if it’s me or the phone but at times it appears to have a mind of it’s own and I often have to google for help with some features. But then I in my Seventies and have some real blind spots on my Tech education. I would buy this phone again.

I love this phone! It allows me to take great pictures. The qquality is clear and bright. It allows plant identification, which is a major plus for me. The sound quality is superb.

Bought it for my son who loves it. The phone does what a high end flagship phone should be doing. Would be better if it came with a stylus like the Samsung Note/Ultra.

My iPhone 12 died unexpectedly and I purchased this phone when it first came out. I love the size of the pro max and it was an easy adjustment from the regular 12

Works great and looks amazing! ESim makes it so easy to add a foreign data plan when traveling abroad. The camera takes insanely good pictures and videos!

Always fun to have a new iPhone! Haven’t had it long enough to give an honest assessment of changes from my 11, but camera is great.

Phone works like any other iPhone . It has a slightly faster processor, and the camera is excellent. However, it does not charge as fast as my 12 did and the battery seems to die quickly.

I love this new IPhone 14 Pro Max. The camera quality is great and not only that visually my show is more clear. And the volume is so much better quality as well.
