    Never purchase a phone from this store. They stole my sons old iphone and never turned it in to Sprint. Now we are paying for 2 devices. Store steals items !!!

    Worst experience I’ve ever had. Go directly to Apple or your carrier. Do not waste your time buying any phone from best buy. You will regret it.

    The phone itself is great but if you have to have it setup just get it straight from your carrier cause Best Buy wasn’t able to figure it out for me so I had to drive over to my carrier and get it setup
