Good phone but not worth upgrading from the iPhone 13 Pro Max unless you just want the newest iPhone with a little bit better camera.

The IPhone is typical Apple. High end quality. It loads, and runs well. I have more than enough storage. I am on Verizon, and Best Buy kept the old phone. Since then I have been getting calls and emails from Verizon saying it had not been returned. Life has been busy and I have not had the chance to follow up. BEST BUY I hope you read this too, but hopefully it has all been sorted out. I would hate to have to be a cranky customer because Best Buy messed up.

For the price I am paying for this phone, I thought I was purchasing a new iPhone but this phone has been used because someone else had it as calls are still coming in trying to reach this person. I am so very disappointed :(

iPhone 14Pro Max is the best iPhone I’ve purchased. Picture taking has reached new heights with this iPhone.

This was a considerable upgrade from where I was with my XS, but operationally it's not that much different. I need to learn more about the camera, I'm sure I'm not using it to its potential. Looks and feels like previous iPhones.

This phone is amazing. I love taking photos and this passion has been multiplied with this amazing camera.

Have you ever had an iphone? Well there ya go. Nothing new here. Its reliable. Its got the bigger, now more noticeable notch now or island. Its just kinda there. Battery is slightly worse than the 13 pro max. About it.

I didn't realize that I had a defective phone until I showed my son, who has an iPhone too. I cannot zoom in with my camera. Lines appear all across the screen when I do so. Best Buy is sending me to Apple because I'm out of my 60 days to return.
