I’ve been using Android phones for about the last 5 years and have been waiting for iOS and iPhone to catch up. This phone is really is really amazing. iOS still has some catching up to do on customization, but it’s getting better.

The Deep Purple is beautiful and the bigger camera bump is a nice added extra feature. The quality photos and videos I take now are amazing! I am keeping this phone for a while now and no need to upgrade anytime soon!

Great battery life, love the texting options to edit and recall messages with updated iOS. Unfortunately the only options that come in the box is the cord. You must purchase an adapter in order to charge your phone.

Not a lot to say. iPhones always have great cameras and are at the top of the technology spectrum. It isn't a huge upgrade from the 13 but was worth it for the eventual resale value when more upgrades arrive.

The product holds up the great standard of iPhones with no apparent downgrades in this generation.

I would only recommend this newest iPhone if only you found yourself in major need of an upgrade like I did. I had the XS Max that's about 4 phones back. Everything has been an improvement. I also opted to select to upgrade early for next year's 15.

Awesome phone fantastic features great way to do it apple just wished this “notch” was more like a cuthole instead of a pill shape but they did a great job putting features on it

I upgraded from iPhone 12 Pro Max to 14 Pro Max - Very significant upgrade. Sound. Screen, Pictures. The deep purple is nice - would have preferred a "deeper" purple but it works

Great phone, great options with updated iOS, good battery life. Cons:must purchase an extra adapter in order to charge the phone and no fun extras come in the box anymore.

Love it! And some of the new features. Still figuring some stuff out but overall love the phone and color

I love this new apple product, the color is just okay, camera is nice, the new iOS is really nice too. The service was absolutely helpful. Best Buy people were nice

Great phone. Upgraded from the 12 max. Like the bigger screen as is easier to see and not too big to place in pocket. Never disappointed with an Apple iPhone.

Phone is well-made and has an excellent camera. The operating system has occasional problems, but I am sure future updates will correct these.. 

I really like the iPhone 14 pro max. I questioned if it had enough new features from the 13, but after using for over a week I would say yes it has enough.

It is really good but sometimes I feel to much heated up on the back of my phone .love it

The camera isn’t as good as we had hoped (and were sold on). But the rest of the phone is good.

Upgrade from iPhone 11 to 14 Pro Max. Very happy with my purchase. The responsiveness of how fast apps and messages and everything that loads even when toggling between different apps is simply amazing. Best Buy was faster to purchase from online than with my cell carrier plus being able to connect to my cell carrier during the purchase made it an easier process than I expected. Very pleased with shipping and packaging.

Solid upgrade from the iPhone 13 Pro Max. The dynamic island is a pretty cool and useful feature. I think people will love this version of iPhone.

iPhone 14 is excellent, another step ahead from Apple. Set-up instructions and guidance from store techs was incomplete, lacking and unhelpful
