Upgraded from the Xs Max to the iphone 14 and i’m a little disappointed did notice the camera improvements but it struggles scanning barcodes.

Process was well handed by wireless sales associate Jose. We scheduled a Data transfer which also was handled by Jose. The associates for pickup were polite & timely. Phone itself has been great; no issues thus far.

I really needed a new phone

As for the buying experience, it was a breeze. Highly recommended Best Buy and the total tech support is awesome

It’s heavier than my old phone but you get use to that quickly as well as not having a home button. Overall I’d recommend upgrading if you have an older phone.
