Really like 14 Pro Max than 13 Pro Max , reason more lighter , more sharper, more technology efficient on it than previous!

So far it’s a decent phone. Don’t seemuch a different from my old iPhone. I was not able to purchase phone at Best Buy. Best Buy will not sell phone to Att (First-Net) customers. FirstNet is ATT for 1st first responders. So if are a EMT, Firefighter, Nurse etc. don’t bother to order your iphone at BestBuy. You also will lose out on your free Apple Care if you have Totalcare. Thumbs down to BestBuy for not being supportive.

The phone freezes and the touch screen doesn’t always respond. It also over heats. You'll. Be carrying it and suddenly it is really hot and can’t work. The keypad also sometimes doesn’t respond and writes from right to left and is faulty. The volume is also faulty and doesn’t respond at times. I’m not happy and I need another one what must I do?

Upgraded to 14 pro max from 7 plus. Not sure I can say was worth it. Price way to high. Getting service upgraded was disastrous. Took a total of 9 hours of my own time to transfer service from old phone to new one for my wife and I. If I knew what I know now I would have kept my old phone that still worked just fine.

The transfer was horrible. Nothing transferred over.

Bought this iphone 14 pro max and employees messed up my line so bad, I transferred my phone number to at&t (previously had metro pcs) and had my old phone and this one working, asked to get it fixed in at&t three times and came here to return after there was no solution, the mobile workers at LBJ and midway wasted my time since at the end they just ended up telling me they don’t know how to cancel a line and I had to wait till manager was there, absolute garbage! they could’ve told me since the beginning, I’ve already spent 2 weeks trying to fix this issue and no answers, they told me to come back the next day but I had to work all day I had no chance and told me I could go the next 2 days, I checked right now and it says is not eligible for return on the app, these workers don’t know what they’re doing at all , since the beginning I asked if they needed anything and they just said “is already connected” now I don’t know what to do, im stuck with a phone that doesn’t work and no one can help , absolutely do not reccoment when tranferring your phone to best buy.

Cut off alot and its not thd company either and its blocks everyone on your call list

Upgraded my iPhone to the latest version. Phone is awesome. Great picture quality. No delay in processing speed. Awesome for games and business.

Phone is very slow and glitches a lot when using and playing games.

Color is a complete rip off in person it’s more space gray

Honestly this phone is everything. The Camera and everything you can do with it , it’s amazing.

Its an Iphone, nothing else to say. It's the best quality you can ever get on a phone.
