Upgraded from a 12 pro max, loved that phone. This was a decent upgrade with the changes made. Screen is great, the better refresh rate is noticeable, camera is improved, battery seems to be superior as well. The notch is smaller, and the notifications seem to just appear from it, integrated very well. Face ID is spot on as always, speakers and call quality is great as well. I'm not what I would call an apple "fanboy" as I have had multiple device brands over the years. Blackberry, android etc...I seem to have way less issues with apple products overall, they just work. I am happy with my purchase and have zero complaints.

This was an upgrade from the 11 Pro Max. I really enjoyed seeing the fresh 120Hz display and the incredible camera upgrades. Also a return to the rectangle shape is appreciated. Glass cover on the back is slippery and camera is so large that the phone tilts while being on a table.

i purchased this device a little over two months ago, i have yet to be disappointed. the quality of this phone is actually impeccable. this shi looks like you’re recording on some professional equipment, fr. also, i haven’t experienced any lag or service issues. good investment definitely.

Great device huge upgrade from 13 pro! My associates who helped me were fantastic, I love coming to the capital blvd store bc I feel appreciated and it is always a good experience which is not always the case with other locations I have visited keep up the good work!!

The Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max is perfect for me. I had an iPhone 7Plus that was struggling. The love the camera on the iPhone 14 Pro Max, the color I chose was Deep purple and with Best Buys technical assistance everything transferred over easily! Thanks Best Buy!

So far it's been fun getting use to all the newest features. I traded in my iPhone 8+ which I loved and had for years. I'm getting use to the no home button :-) I can't wait to take AWESOME pics and videos. All in all it's a great phone!!!

Overall I’m partial to iPhones as I’ve had once since the beginning. The video on this version is the best I’ve seen. The display screen is also very clear and easy to maneuver. The battery life seems about the same to me. The color is really nice.

Been really happy with my upgrade from the iPhone 8. I’ve always hated the notch trend in smartphones which is what kept me from upgrading for so long, but the dynamic island really turned the eyesore into a pretty clever and useful feature.

Excellent product, and features,, easy to use with no apparent issues, constant security updates which provide a peace of mind highly recommended if your looking for a good cell phone!

Upgraded from my iPhone 12 pro max and i have to say, i had bigger expectations after 2 years of not upgrading to a new iphone. Hardware is basically the same, only noticeable difference is the island on the screen, and camera quality. Rest is the same as my 12 pro max, i think next time i wont upgrade for 3 years now or when i see is worth it.

By far this is the best iPhone I've ever owned. I upgraded from a 12 pro max to the 14 pro max 256 gb and it was a treat to say the least! One word: CAMERAS! They are huge but completely amazing! The dynamic island is cool too can't wait to see more features for it tho! Transferring from phone to phone is better now as well. My old phone had customized apps and it didn't mess them up when switching to the new phone. The new widget feature for the lock screen with ios 16 is nice as well! I would 100% recommend upgrading if you love good quality photos and videos like myself.

Yes and yes again! My daughter went from the XS Max to this one. It was a great upgrade. The camera qualify is so crisp. I’ve chosen phone photos over photos from my digital camera for closer photos.

Definitely an upgrade from my iPhoneXR. The camera is nice but it does glitch on different things, trying to focus or blur when i use it for different distances.

I’m very pleased with the iPhone 14 Max. Transfer of app and photos from my old iPhone was so easy. It’s very light weight and fits nicely in my hand. The screen is large and images are perfect.

Got it when the apps started not functioning on the old phone. MUCH better pictures. Wish the connector had switched to USB-c. Next time.
