I like the style and the battery life of the iPhone. I did have a little trouble navigating through the phone, texting my contacts and setting the phone up, but as I adjust to the new iPhone I am better able to navigate through the newer adjustments of this new iPhone.

It took a long time to turn off the security features on my old phone (Apple requires an hour wait for this). Then it took the Geeks time to upload the old phone stuff to iCloud and then download it to the new phone. After the long wait, I am enjoying the new phone

I was afraid I would have trouble working on the iPhone 15 after losing my i12, but no worries!! Best Buy never disappointed - I was walked through the “new phone” process easily & with reassurance (I was in a terrified state!). Now after a week or 2, lots of BB help & friendly reassurances, I love the 15!!

Aren't you impressed yet? It functions, but only as advertised. Don't look for surprise features or added thoughtfulness in the software. In a twist on the old marketing line, now, it merely works.
